You may create an account to save your Creative Genius Profile and access personalized features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

The Creative Genius Profile is generated using AI analysis of your quiz responses. By taking the quiz, you understand and agree that:

• Profiles are research-inspired, not clinical assessments. They are for creative exploration and self-discovery, not psychological diagnosis or medical advice.
• AI-generated content may not be perfectly accurate and should be treated as a starting point for reflection.
• Quiz responses and profile data are stored to provide your profile and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Anonymous quiz sessions are tracked via cookies. Profiles can be linked to an account if you choose to sign up.

You own your profile data. At any time, you may:

• Export your Creative Genius Profile data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Withdraw consent for data processing

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your anonymized, aggregated quiz data to improve the platform and conduct research. This does not include sharing your individual data publicly without your consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe:

• Billing is handled through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

During the free beta period, all features are available at no charge. We will provide advance notice before introducing paid tiers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The Creative Genius Profile is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, career, or medical guidance. The profile is inspired by creativity research but is not a validated clinical instrument.
